Ellsy O’Neill, M.Psych

Integrative psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that draws on different approaches to support insight and adaptability. I work with international clients facing challenges that can be heightened by living abroad, including stress, burnout, cultural adaptation, questions of identity and belonging, and performance-related pressures.

These challenges can sometimes lead to overwhelming emotions or patterns of behaviour that feel difficult to manage. Integrative psychotherapy provides a safe space to explore these experiences within a supportive therapeutic relationship, combining insights from different approaches to foster self-understanding, new ways of coping, and meaningful change.
